Can't express how awesome Daisy is!! I was referred to her by a family friend and I am so thankful! I was in an accident last year with a company car and they were assholes not giving me the insurance/information I needed. I called Daisy once, singed the agreement, and she was already one it calling and getting all their information! I received all my refunds, received a free car rental, and had my car fixed in a month! My case just settled today and she fought for a great amount! She's always available! Always answering my calls/text and if she can't she will let me know when she's available! She's always pleasant even though I felt like I was nagging lol Don't hesitate! Daisy Perez was referred to me by a mutual friend whose personal injury case she was negotiating. I have never pursued a personal injury suit before and had much trepidation. Daisy answered all of my questions with sympathy and kindness and no judgement. She checked in often through the long process. She helped me find doctors that would work with a lien so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Called Doctors for me, negotiated down their bills, advocated for me, etc. She worked directly with the insurance company of the guy that hit me so I didn't have to interface at all, as well as my own insurance provider. Daisy was able to secure me as much was possible which is great because I'm probably going to need to have surgery for the injury soon and this should cover the cost. Daisy is absolutely fantastic at what she does and is professional and very easy to work with and I HIGHLY recommend her without hesitation. I hope never to need her again however if I were to ever get in another accident or needed legal support, I would definitely reach out to her.
I was referred to Daisy by a coworker after I got into my car accident. I initially ended up going forward with one of these larger downtown firms because they had a lot of experience. The initial firm was very responsive at first but after I signed up I found them not returning my calls or responding to my emails. During this time I would periodically reach out to Daisy and ask her questions my own lawyer was not able to answer and she was very nice and responsive and helped me out even though I was not her client. After weeks of this had continued I decided to drop the first firm and hire Daisy which was a great decision. Daisy truly is passionate about her occupation and goes the extra mile for her clients. She got me more than I could have possibly imagined and was able to cover all my medical expenses as well. Don't be fooled by those big firms with years and years of experience and many many attorneys because they are so busy you are just another case to them that they don't seem to mind if they lose. I have and will continue to recommend Daisy anyone and everyone!
